The VRE PTO Board Needs You!
Published: Tue, May 1, 2012, 07:05AM CDT

There are many positions to choose from! You can choose one or more that align with your individual availability and interests.

This week’s highlights are:

Programs – Coordinate the PTO sponsored school programs such as High Touch High Tech. A lot of this position can be done from home. It involves getting the schedule of what will be offered in 2012 – 2013 from High Touch High Tech and letting the teachers choose what they would like to have for their classes and then setting the schedules. This is done at the end of August.

Field Day Coordinate this fun day in May. This is a wonderful opportunity to create a committee of your friends to execute this event. The groundwork has been laid out by prior committees. The biggest part is coordinating and organizing the volunteers which are not hard to find because the event is so fun to be involved with.

Please consider a role on the Board. It might be perfect for YOU!
